Boardman Senior, Tommy Fryda, signs with California University of Pennsylvania to continue his Football kicking career.  The Spartan kicker set a school record for extra points and total points a season ago.  Besides California, Fryda had offers from Glenville State in West Virginia and Seton Hill in Greensburg, PA.
