Girls 200 Meter Freestyle Relay Finishes In 19th Place At OHSAA State Swim Tournament

The girls 200 meter freestyle relay finished 19th at the OHSAA State Prelims held on Friday, February 22nd at C.T. Branin Natatorium.  The girls swam a time of 1:39.16 and team members included from left to right, Jenna Markovitch, Alison Kuras, Alyssa DiNapoli, and Mikel Flatley.  Congratulation ladies on a great season and your state qualification

School Clap-Out Today For Boys and Girls Swimmers Headed To The OHSAA State Tournament

Today a clap-out was held at Boardman High School for the girls and boys swimmers who qualified to the OHSAA State Swim and Dive Tournament.  The girls team qualified the 200 meter freestyle relay of Alison Kuras, Alyssa DiNapoli, Mikel Flatley, and Jenna Markovitch.  For the boys team, Noah Basista will swim in 2 individual

Girls Swimming 200 Freestyle Relay Qualifies For OHSAA State Swim Championship Meet

  Congratulations to the Boardman girls 200 meter freestyle relay as they qualified for the OHSAA Swim and Dive State Championships to be held February 22nd & 23rd in Canton.  Alison Kuras, Alyssa DiNapoli, Mikel Flatley, and Jenna Markovitch (pictured above) recorded a time of 1:39.12 to place 7th overall at the District Meet at Cleveland State

Twelve Senior Swimmers and Divers Recognized At Last Home Meet Of The Season

Twelve senior members of the girls and boys swim and dive teams were recognized with their parents before their meet with Poland.  The senior boys are Andy Beichner, Ben Henderson, and Mason Rassega.  The senior girls are Julia Castellino, Madison Connolly, Mikel Flatley, Jordan Jones, Gizzy Kelso, Alison Kuras, Jennah Markovitch, Delaney Notar, and MacKenzie Widrig.

Junior Noah Basista and Senior Mikel Flatley Selected As AAC Swimmers of the Meet At Today’s Conference Championship
