Varsity Football Team Ends Season With 6-5 Record, Earns Second Trip In a Row To State Play-Offs, Eight Seniors Receive Post-Season Honors

Spartans Football Team Defeats Mooney 8-6 In a Defensive Battle at YSU Stadium

The Boardman Spartans defeated the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals for the second time in four years by a score of 8-6.  The game was delayed slightly due to the weather at Stambaugh Stadium on the campus of Youngstown State University.  In Division II, the Spartans are now 4-1 on the season and ranked #4 in Region 5
