Boardman lost the district semifinal game to state ranked Jackson in 3 sets. It wasn’t without lack of effort as the girls took the floor for their last time as a group. Leading the Spartans on the night was Maria Torres with 10 kills, 8 digs and 3 blocks. Katie Stamp had 7 kills, 7 digs, 3 blocks and 2 aces. Raegan Burkey lead the offense with perfection, contributing 24 assists and 2 digs. Jenna Olexa had 5 kills on the night, while Paige Snyder had 2. Kathryn O’Horo wore the libero jersey for the night, picking up 10 digs. Ryleigh Neill made per presence at the net known with 4 timely blocks and Lanny Kilpatrick added 2 digs.
