The Spartans wrestling team finished 11th overall out of 28 teams at the Josh Hephner Memorial Tournament held at Austintown Fitch January 23 and 24th. Vince Mancini placed 3rd in the 106 pound weight class and Anthony Mancini took 3rd place in the 160 pound weight class. Three other Boardman wrestlers placed in the meet.
The Boardman varsity wrestling team had a great showing at the EOWL Championships held this past weekend at Crestview High School as they placed 6th out of 22 teams.
