Three Wrestlers Make Podium at Top Gun Tournament

The varsity wrestling team competed at the Top Gun Invite on January 16th and 17th at Alliance High School.  Junior Mario Graziani placed runner-up in the 152 pound weight class.  This was the second runner-up spot for Graziani this season at a major meet as he placed second at the Kenston Invitational.  Seniors Anthony Mancini

The Boardman Center girls 7th grade basketball team has been really improving since coming back from winter break.  On January 12, they lost 16-9 to AMS Red, battling hard throughout the entire game.  Katie Demetrios scored 6 points, Marisa Melewski scored 2 and Kiley Williams had one point.  The Spartans will face AMS Red again

On January 13th, the Glenwood 8th grade girls basketball team gave their best effort of the season but came up short to a very good AMS Blue team by a score of 40-33.  Kaylin Burkey led the Lady Spartans with 14 points.  Cate Green added 8 points and Brooke Hoffman chipped in with 4 points.

Center Girls 8th Grade Basketball Team Defeats Glenwood
