Alayna Cuevas and teammate Sophia McGee placed 1st and 2nd at the AAC Cross Country Championship Meet held at Boardman High School. Alayna and Sophia’s 1-2 finish helped the Lady Spartans to a Runner-up finish to the overall champions, the Howland Tigers. Cuevas and McGee earned 1st team AAC honors with their outstanding performances.

The girls varsity soccer team defeated Canton McKinley in the Northeast Ohio Sectional Semi game by a score of 11-0. The Lady Spartans now advance to the Sectional Finals on Thursday, October 18. They will play the #3 seed Uniontown Lake at 7:00 p.m. at Lake High School. Good luck to our Lady Spartans.
